How do I get started?
From the home page, click on Locations and find the facility nearest you. You can get a free quote, reserve a space online, request more information or call the location and speak to a Storage Professional.

What types of storage do you offer?
We welcome both Personal Storage and Business Storage customers. Personal Storage units are available for furniture, file cabinets, family keepsakes or seasonal lawn and garden equipment. For professionals, we offer Business Storage units where file cabinets, documents and office furniture can be securely stored and easily accessed.

What are your unit sizes?
Unit sizes range from approximately 5x5 to 12x35. Many facilities also offer smaller and larger spaces including RV and boat storage. Ask our CargoBay staff what type of unit best suits your needs.

Do you have climate-controlled units?
Many of our sites offer climate-controlled units. Please see the location page for prices and storage types.

Do I have to sign a long-term storage contact?
No. At CargoBay, everything is done on a month-to-month basis, and we offer many convenient payment features, including paying online or automatic credit card payments so you never have a late fee.

Do you provide dollies or carts to help me move my things?
Dollies and handcarts are available at each facility to aid in your move-in and move-out processes.

Do I need storage insurance?
Though not mandatory, storage insurance is highly recommended to protect the value of your belongings. Our facilities provide storage insurance, or you can check with your personal insurance provider.

Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?
Many of our sites offer parking spaces and some even have units large enough to store those items. Please see the location page for more details.

What's the difference between access hours and office hours?
Office hours indicate the presence of a Property Manager who provides in-person customer service, such as accepting payments, answering questions, selling supplies, etc. During access hours, you can use your gate code to access your storage unit, but a Property Manager may not be on hand to assist you.
